“I had a 5 months internship in the firm, partnering with the firm’s directors, my professional experience was greatly broadened and refreshed by my time there. My work: dealing with both Chinese and foreign government officials, coordinating with both Chinese and overseas business people, and facilitating buyers for Chinese manufacturers, the internship offered me an international platform equipping me with a new set of skills. Taking my sales, negotiation, planning, multicultural understanding, and leadership skills to new level. These skills served me well in Fullerton Investment Co. and Huawei Technologies which were the next steps in my career.”

“It was an ideal decision to do an internship in Equus before starting my MBA in Canada. I was inspired by a group of interesting people who were supportive and encouraging. I was involved in big projects developing businesses in the Chinese market and managing events. This included many different activities, such as researching the offline retail market for imported food products, evaluating ways to optimize the supply chain for pharmaceutical products, and building a social media presence for different products. I also researched and built plans for how to market products to different Chinese consumers and to different Asian markets. I traveled and attended exhibitions and trade shows. In my interactions at these events I met amazing people from whom I also kept learning. This experience equipped me with professional methodologies and hands-on skills.”
